1. Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and live chat messages from potential customers. Take the customer from an informational call to order placing. This includes educating the consumer to enhance sales. Schedule and process orders through the CRM system.

Physical Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, keyboards, and respond to inbound and make outbound calls. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The job requires seasonal overtime occasionally amounting to 10-hour work days.
